All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and the selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We may offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can also track your shipment by visiting our Track Order page.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.


6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Nyxlace is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


7. Delivery Delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Nyxlace is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


10. Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.


11. Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect the package

The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
